My 2013 Psychology College Final Paper.
The * is for the footnotes because it won't allow me to to actual footnotes so it should say i, ii, iii
Also The teacher didn't apply any sort of format on it, he was really laid back.
Edit: [Will insert grade I got on it]

It's an interesting topic, but your paper draws too much from anecdotal evidence. Your experience would make a good introduction to the paper, but it should not constitute the brunt of it.

If this is a psychology research paper, the only sources you should be reading are papers from peer-reviewed journals, not newspaper articles. The wikipedia page for this mentions some papers by Colin Shapiro, Nik Trajanovic, Paul Fedoroff and David Saul Rosenfeld,. Perhaps you should have a look at their findings as a base for further research.

Regarding the structure, it's written like an article and is very informal when it should be an essay. The introduction doesn't hint at or suggest the direction you're taking. It doesn't have an abstract, and concludes with a personal resolution rather than mentioning areas of possible further research.

Did your prof specify the method or format for referencing? I use the APA format, but if it's not specified MLA or Harvard will suffice. Regardless, you're not referencing or paraphrasing properly. The asterisks aren't even sufficient for footnotes. Please consider fixing that. Insufficient or incorrect referencing can equate to plagiarism, which is a serious offense in all educational institutions.

Sorry if my critique seems quite harsh, but I'm basing it on the correct structure and format of psychology essays that I've been taught. When you write, write as a scholar. If you don't know much about something, learn and research before you write about it. Don't consider others as above you. Become the expert in the topic, that will guarantee success.
